India AI Impact Expo 2026 will be hosted at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, one of India’s most advanced and prestigious convention and exhibition venues. Conceived and developed to support large-scale international events, Bharat Mandapam has quickly established itself as a preferred destination for global conferences, exhibitions, and high-level institutional and governmental engagements. The venue offers a comprehensive and integrated event ecosystem, featuring expansive exhibition halls, multiple conference and breakout spaces, and robust technical and operational infrastructure.
Get off at Supreme Court Metro Station (Gate 10), which is directly connected to the expo venue.
Bharat Mandapam is centrally located and easily accessible via India Gate, Connaught Place, and ITO. Taxis and app-based cabs are readily available.

Participants may plan to arrive in New Delhi between February 15 to February 18, 2026 and remain until the conclusion of the Summit on February 20, 2026.
Immigration clearance will be completed at the first port of entry into India. A dedicated lane for accredited delegates will be available at the Indira Gandhi International Airport for expediting clearance, including those holding Diplomatic and Official Passports.
No weapons are permitted to be brought into India by delegation members or accompanying security personnel. Any communications equipment brought by delegations will be checked by Customs officials upon arrival.

The Government of India has bilateral Visa Waiver Agreements for holders of Diplomatic / Official / Service Passports in several countries. The details of such agreements can be viewed at https://www.mea.gov.in/bvwa-menu.htm.
Delegates holding Diplomatic / Official Passports of countries with whom India does not have a Visa Waiver Agreement, may apply for a regular/paper Conference Visa with multiple entries at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/.
Visas will be issued on a gratis basis to all accredited delegates and accompanying spouses (including ordinary passport holders). Once accreditation is complete, delegates may submit a visa application along with a copy of their accreditation letter and a Note Verbale from the respective Ministry of Foreign Affairs or competent authority to the nearest Indian High Commission / Embassy / Consulate for issuance of the appropriate Indian visa.
Delegates holding Ordinary Passports from eligible countries under the e-Visa regime may apply for e-Conference Visas at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html. Please note that the e-Visa facility is not available for holders of Diplomatic / Official / Service / International Travel Documents (such as UNLP). Accordingly, delegates from international organizations holding such travel documents or United Nations Laissez-Passer should apply for regular/paper Conference Visas via https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/.
Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cardholders attending the AI Impact Summit as delegates must obtain prior permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India through https://ociservices.gov.in/onlineOCI/. The accreditation letter issued by the Summit Secretariat must be uploaded when applying for such permission.
For delegates traveling on e-Conference Visas, biometric details will be mandatorily captured at the port of entry upon arrival in India. Delegates are requested to ensure that their passports have a minimum validity of six months beyond the date of arrival in India and at least two blank pages for visa endorsement.
A fully equipped medical room will remain operational at the venue, Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, for the entire duration of the expo. Fully equipped ambulances will also be stationed at the venue to provide immediate medical assistance or emergency evacuation, if required.
An India AI Impact Expo Help Desk will be set up at the venue to assist delegates with general enquiries, logistical information, and coordination requirements.
