This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, transfers, refunds, and credits for event rentals, bookings, and related services provided by Software Technology Parks of India (“Company”, “we”, “us”). It applies to all customers, attendees, and purchasers unless a specific event page or written agreement states otherwise.
Please note that all event rentals and services are non-refundable. Once you have successfully registered or purchased rentals or services for an event, we are unable to provide a refund if you choose to cancel. This policy applies to all events hosted or managed by Software Technology Parks of India.
Unless an event page or written agreement expressly provides otherwise, all sales are final. Orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is confirmed. Registrations are non-transferable except where permitted in writing by the Company.
If an event page or written agreement specifies a different cancellation or refund policy, that event-specific policy shall govern.
Failure to attend an event for any reason does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or transfer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Registrations and purchases are non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing. Administrative fees may apply.
Digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If an event is postponed, your registration remains valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be provided only if explicitly promised in writing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the Original Payment Method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank or payment provider timelines.
The Company is not liable for failure due to events beyond reasonable control. Remedies may include rescheduling, credit, or refund at the Company’s discretion.
Applicable taxes, gateway charges, and bank fees may be deducted as required by law or payment providers.
This Policy is governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
